Sausage, mushroom and onion pizza - a flavor combination born in the midwest because we know pizza! And this tavern style "CHSMO" will make you a believer. It starts with the base of a cracker thin - crispy crust that is covered with a zesty tomato sauce. Then comes a blanket of whole milk mozzarella topped with slices of mushrooms, onions and boulders of Italian Sausage.
